Passionate by contemporary art and the artistic and cultural diversity of Southeast Asian countries that he has been discovering for more than thirty years, Arnaud Lebecq decided to combine his two passions to create in 2019 his art gallery dedicated to these countries.
With a very dynamic contemporary Asian art market, where galleries and collectors are primarily focusing on China, artists from Southeast Asian countries are very often disregarded.
The arnaud Lebecq gallery, eager to highlight these original art scenes, is fully dedicated to the diffusion and the influence in France of their abundant productions, marked by both local culture and a great contemporaneity in the adressed subjects and the utilised techniques.
Through regular visits of their studios, Arnaud Lebecq develops close and trustfull relationships with the artists he represents. He encourages them sharing the power and originality of their creations with French and European collectors.
The gallery supports emerging or already internationnally renowned contemporary artists working all types of mediums: paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, videos.
By opting for temporary exhibition spaces and participation in art fairs, the gallery is operating under a nomad format.
The gallery is receiving its collectors on appointment in its private space in Paris.
